These classes are a combination of various yoga postures based on hatha and ashtanga styles of yoga, pranayamas, meditation and relaxation. Each session, in general, includes basic to advanced stretches, pranayamas, meditation and relaxation. Classes vary in structure and focus on various aspects of well being. Individuals with general sickness or issues like back pain, spondylitis etc are given enough support by providing modifications in the practice.
